Baisakhi is celebrated all over India with different names and traditions. Bhangra and Gidda are the centres of attraction among many eye-catching events of Baisakhi. On this very day, people pay tribute to the martyrs of Jallianwala Bagh who sacrificed their lives for the country. Students of class 2 well described the meaning of this festival through their enthusiastic manner of participation through speeches, thought of the day, scripture reading and ended with an energetic dance(Bhangra).  |

| he session enlightened students about HACKATHON |
A Guidance Workshop was organised for the students of Class XI and XII on 4th April 2024 on TECHGENX 4.0 & HACKGENESIS, wherein the resource person, Mr. Rithul, Mr.Yash, Ms. Landing and Abi B Abraham from Christ University, Delhi NCR, have enlightened our students. The esteemed visitors have advocated for the National Level Technical Fest, enlightened students about the array of opportunities in this field, and also discussed the importance of exploring different career options. The session enlightened students about HACKATHON, covering questions and queries of the students regarding the program. The session was extremely fruitful and eye-opening for the students. |

Today (6th April 2024)Ursuline Convent Sr. Sec.School organised Vidyarambh ceremony the formal opening of the academic year 202425 with great zest. The function commenced with the Lightning of the lamp. Ursuline family extended a warm welcome to the parents and the tiny tots who became a part of the institution. Our Principal Sr. Rekha conducted a special session for the parents. She discussed the development stages of children between 3 and 5 years old. Even more importantly, she shared some great tips on how we can guide our children to help them reach their full potential during this crucial time. Our Kindergarten teacher Mrs. Pinky Roy introduced the parents with the rules and regulations of the school, after which little kids were led to the world of letters by writing the first letter in the tray of rice grains. The ceremony winded up with great smile and shine in the eyes of parents and children. |
